anyone in Glasgow know how to get ma vespa running properly . replaced carb/fuel tap / auto choke and pipes , was running before but must have been something i done to it as it starts but only runs for a few seconds the cuts out { like fuel starvation } but have transferred a carb setup from a working et4 and still does the same . don't mind paying a couple of quid to get it going but don't have the money to pay garage prices or have the transport to move it around , i have plenty of tools and reasonable sheltered workspace at home .just chappin at the bit to get it out on the road . STILL NAE BODY KNOW ET4 MECH THAT ISNEY GONNAY COST A FORTUNE , HAD IT IN A BIKE GARAGE ,WIT A NUMPTY , used tae be loads of scooterists about willing tae gie a newbie a hawn { where huv they awe gone ?? }

if it was a 2 stroke you would have lots of replies, unfortunately the 4 strokes usually need a proper mechanic .
